Sermon Theme: Hebrews 4, 5
How many times have you said the table prayer: “Come, Lord Jesus”? Too many times to count, right? Those words aren’t only an invitation for Jesus to join you for your meal and thank him for it, they’re also the theme for our Advent Season. This week it is “Come, Lord Jesus … as Our Priest.”
Savior, Redeemer, Messiah, King are just some of the names and titles we attach to Jesus. We don’t usually think of him as our Priest. So, join us and be prepared to find out why “Priest” may be one of the most powerful and comforting titles we can give Jesus.
